Myth of the trojan horse
The myth of the Trojan horse is The Greeks sent a wooden horse into the city of Troy. Inside the wooden horse were Greek men, waiting to attack. As night fell, they attacked and there was no more Troy. Many don't see this myth as being beleiveable. How could the Trojans let something that big, pass right infront of them without being stopped? How could they not have fought back? Well this stories is not all that it appears to be. The Trojans and the Greeks were at war for years and years, neither side ever won. It was an on going battle. The Greeks however had a little trick up there sleeve. In that day and time, to signify that you have given up on the war, and that you surrendor, you send a gift to whom ever you are in battle with. This gift could be money, art work, tools, or even slaves. The gift was to signify that they have given up, and there opponent has won. The Trojans had there city completely covred. They had amazing tall walls where they could stand on top and see everything. The only way to enter the city was the guard had to let you in. They had to open the door, that was inside the wall. The Greeks outsmarted them though. After planning the Greek men sent a huge beautiful wooden horse, they got it as close to the Troy gate as they possibly could. They left it there, and turned away, They were pretending to sail away, and that was the gift from them to signify they gave up on the battle and Troy had won. The guards were extatic to see the gift, and in there minds that's what it was a gift, not knowing inside the hude wooden horse was Greek men, waiting on the right time to attack. Many Troy civilians were sceptical at first, they wanted to burn it. They decided to keep the horse though, to remind them of there vicoty over the Greeks. The Troy village started to celibrate, into the night. As everyone was worn out from the celebration, they all went sound asleep that night, and the Greeks had them just where they wanted them. In the midst of the night, the men that were hidden in the horse now cam eout. They attacked the guards killing them. They started there signal and kept quiet untill the Greeks seen there signal and arrived at the gate. The Greek men then opened the gate for all there fellow men. Once all the men from the greeks were inside, it was all down hill. No one was prepared for what was going to happen, they were asleep in there beds off guard thinking they have won the war. In all reality the greeks were outside setting fires to huts, murdering people. Before they knew it the village of Troy was no more.

No Alphabet
If there was suddenly no alphabet. i beleive the world would be in alot of trouble. The alphabet is pretty essential. You need them to spell words with out words, the world cant communicate. You could no longer send an email or text to anyone. you wouldn't know what certain things are. you would be lost, there would be no directions to get places. when you're driving you wouldnt know where to go. Future children who dont already know how to read, would never be able to. Most people get there knowledge from reading, with no alphabet, and no words, there would be no future knowledge to write down for centuries to come to see,

Resume thoughts
On my resume i took alot of time looking up diffrent peoples resumes as well as looking at friends. I also did alot of research on the cover letter. At first when i was about to do a resume before i was really even sure what it was i though i thought for sure i was going to be lost, same as with the cover letter. But after reading over other peoples and those websites that broke them down i had a way better understanding of them both. While they are still a little troubling for me and im really not sure if what i wrote would be top notch or anything. but in the future as time passes im sure ill get better at them.----Sam
